Privacy and terms of use

What we store
- Questions and answers – stored to check and improve answer quality. They are never published or shown to other users.
- Name and contact (e-mail or phone) – only if you register, with your consent, so we can inform you about AI Onin.
- Basic visit statistics – a random device ID, approximate city and country (from the network address) and where you came from (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp). No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
- Chats in the app are kept in your browser on your device. You can delete them in the app or by clearing browser data.
Documents and drawings you send
Documents (PDF, Excel, Word, DXF, images) are used only to answer your question. They are not added to AI Onin's knowledge, not shared and not shown to other users.
Where data is processed
Data is stored on AI Onin's server in the European Union (Croatia). Answers are prepared by an artificial intelligence model run by an external AI service provider in the United States. The question, any attached photo or document text and the necessary sources are sent to it – without your name or contact. The transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses, and the provider does not use this data to train its models.
Artificial intelligence
AI Onin is an artificial intelligence system: answers, calculations and sketches are produced by a computer, not a person. Answers may contain errors, so check important figures, quantities and prices before ordering or starting work.
How long
Questions and statistics are kept for up to 24 months; name and contact until you ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
AI Onin gives approximate information about construction, materials, quantities and costs. Prices are estimates and differ from real quotes. Structural calculations (slabs, beams, columns, footings, steel), electrical and gas work from AI Onin are for orientation only – construction requires a design and calculations by a licensed structural engineer or licensed professional, according to IS codes and local building rules.
